I need an online panel that exposes secure, well-documented APIs for mobile recharge, utility bill settlement and DTH top-ups. The system must support multi-tiered access so a super-admin can create and control master distributors, distributors and retailers, each with their own dashboard, commission settings and transaction logs. The API layer should be REST/JSON, return concise status codes, and fire webhooks whenever a transaction state changes. Real-time balance checks, automatic refund handling for failed requests and configurable margins per service are all required. On the web side, I want clear analytics, user management, manual adjustment tools and downloadable CSV ledgers. Deliverables: • Clean, fully commented source code (PHP/Laravel or Node.js preferred, but I’m open) • Responsive web panel with every access level enabled and tested • Swagger/OpenAPI documentation with sample calls and error messages • Basic white-label styling so I can re-skin easily • Deployment guide plus one round of post-launch bug fixes I’ll provide server credentials once we agree on the stack.
