I want to keep a clean modern aesthetic while squeezing every centimetre of usefulness out of the bathroom and kitchen—and then illustrate the overall concept with a few clear visuals. Bathroom focus • Re-work storage, shower design and lighting so they all coexist comfortably. • Integrate the toilet, concealed cistern, washbasin and the existing pumping/lifting station without compromising head-room. • Make smart use of a raised platform for extra storage and verify all regulatory clearances, including the path to the emergency exit. Kitchen focus • Optimise storage runs, appliance positioning and countertop continuity. • Maintain an unobstructed emergency-exit route through the window while maximising prep area. Overall apartment • Confirm the escape strategy for every room. • Produce two or three hero visuals for the bedroom and living zone that show finishes, furniture and lighting mood. Deliverables 1. Fully dimensioned drawings and construction-ready plans (PDF + editable source, dwg/rvb). 2. A short animated walkthrough of the complete layout (MP4 or equivalent), smooth enough for client presentations. 3. Still renderings for the bedroom and living area that match the modern style. I will supply the existing CAD files and laser-measure survey once we start.
