I need a full set of submission-ready drawings for a new residential layout. The plan must clearly show the bedrooms, bathrooms and main living room while meeting basic local code requirements. I don’t yet have fixed room sizes, so I’ll count on your architectural experience to propose practical dimensions, circulation flow and furniture placements that make sense for a modern family home. Once we lock the layout, I’ll require scaled drawings that I can hand straight to the permitting office. Working in AutoCAD, Revit or an equivalent platform is fine as long as the files are fully editable. Deliverables • Site plan at appropriate scale • Detailed floor plan with room labels and dimensions • Two exterior elevations and one longitudinal section for context • Final files in both DWG and print-ready PDF Please allow at least two quick revision passes after the first draft so we can fine-tune sizes and door/window positions before final release.
