Resolve Toggle Hinge Binding STL

I have uploaded the current STL of a plate-and-toggle assembly together with a PDF that shows how the mechanism is supposed to move. Right now the toggle binds at its pivot. My own inspection points to the taper left by the EDM cut: it wanders from inside to outside, so the faces around the hinge are not truly square. Your task is to keep the existing design intact but modify that hinge region so the toggle swings freely to open. The exact new cut could end up perpendicular or at another angle—whatever experimentation proves solves the problem. In other words: • Work directly on the supplied STL, not a redraw • Focus on adjusting the EDM cut angle to eliminate binding • Maintain every other dimension and mating surface Once you have a solution, send me the revised, manifold STL ready for FDM printing. I will print and test; if it still sticks we can iterate until the toggle moves through its full travel without resistance.
