I need an Android app that lets me record every credit and debit for my retail shop, tag each entry by category, and set a specific date on which the app will remind me to collect or pay that amount. The reminder must pop up automatically—even if the app is running in the background—and should keep notifying me until I mark the item as settled. Because my business is retail, I deal with many fast-moving, small-value transactions. A simple, searchable list and basic dashboard that show totals by category (stock purchase, customer credit, supplier debit, etc.) will help me stay on top of cash flow. Automatic reminders for overdue payments are essential; the app should flag anything that slips past the chosen due date and send an alert right away. At the moment I am the only user, but I may need different access levels later, so please build the code in a way that adding roles such as “admin” or “staff view only” can be done without rewriting the whole project.
