I have four existing corporate sites that need a complete visual and technical overhaul so they become genuine customer-acquisition engines. Each site must feel consistent with our brand while still addressing the nuances of the separate business units they represent. The redesign should: • Showcase clear Service pages that explain what we do and why we are different. • Highlight Client testimonials to build trust quickly. • Integrate with our CRM (GoHighLevel) • Include intuitive Contact forms that route enquiries to the right internal team without fail. • Have a dedicated page for the software partners that we use Every site has to load fast, look sharp on mobile, and be easy for my team to update afterward (a well-organised WordPress build, Webflow setup, or another CMS you recommend is fine). You will be responsible for showing my team how to take care of it on a regular basis for any minor updates such as blogs, content, etc. Deliverables 1. High-fidelity mock-ups for all key page types across the four sites. 2. Fully developed, responsive websites migrated to our hosting. 3. Tested contact forms with confirmation e-mails and spam protection. 4. CMS hand-over with a short video or written guide so my team can update content. 5. Complete handover of how/where to monitor, update and track back-end metrics such as site views, customer duration, etc. I will provide current URLs and our brand assets; you bring the copy, creative direction, clean code, and best-practice SEO and AEO foundations. Requirement: Full English/French bilingual version. 6ixFinance (https://6ixfinance.com/): Specialized finance services for public companies, focused on cloud migration and institutional reporting. 2. Design Aesthetic & Lead-Gen Requirements Each site must be a "lead-capturing machine" featuring: Interactive Tools: Fee estimators for the compliance brands and tiered pricing guides for the CFO brands (Ref: Zenbooks). Lead Magnets: Downloadable PDF guides, checklists, or whitepapers for each niche. Employer Branding: A "Careers" section highlighting our 100% remote, "work-from-home" global culture to attract talent from Bookkeepers to CFOs. Performance: Ultra-lightweight architecture optimised for extreme loading speeds. Timeline Commitment: All sites to be live and functional by May 24, 2026.
