The project calls for a single, fully-coordinated Autodesk Revit model that covers both architectural elements (walls, rooms, doors, finishes, schedules) and the corresponding structural systems (foundations, framing, rebar where relevant). The end goal is clear documentation and crisp visualization, so accuracy and model organization matter more than photoreal aesthetics. Deliverables • Revit 2023 (or newer) central file containing the complete 3D model, separated into architecture and structure work sets and free of unresolved warnings. • Construction drawing sheets in PDF and DWG format extracted directly from the model, ready for issue (plans, elevations, sections and key details as required for permitting). The model has to remain parametric, cleanly annotated and lightweight enough for quick navigation; families should come from recognized libraries or be created natively to match project standards. Please keep geometry to LOD 300 at minimum so that downstream collaborators can continue coordination without rebuilding content. If any assumptions are required—such as structural loads or local detailing conventions—let’s clarify them up front to avoid rework. A quick screen share review at 50 % completion followed by a final hand-off session will close the assignment.
