I have a set of reference photos with exact dimensions for a wooden chair that needs to be rebuilt twice: once as a clean NURBS .3dm file in Rhino and once as a fully featured TopSolid Wood model ready for CNC. The two files must be production-ready for an SCM Maestro / M200 5-axis workflow, not just suitable for rendering. Model organisation is critical. The chair should open as a single assembly, yet each element—legs, seat, back, stretchers—must remain an independent part so a single click isolates only that component. No merged or boolean-fused geometry. Joinery detail: supply intermediate-level accuracy. Model every mortise-and-tenon connection and add dowels or similar reinforcement wherever the 5-axis process demands; include all cuts and clearances directly in the solid bodies. Design fidelity: follow the reference precisely with no shape or ergonomic alterations. I am after accurate geometry, real-world dimensions, and machining-ready tolerances. Deliverables: • Rhino (.3dm) file, clean NURBS only • TopSolid Wood model with full joinery data When you respond, please show comparable furniture pieces you have built, confirm you can provide both file types, and state your experience translating joinery into CNC-ready TopSolid assemblies. Note: Dimensions in the photos are in cm for project mm needed
