Project Overview We are seeking a results-driven partner to build a high-converting UI/UX website and manage our digital advertising across Google and Meta. This is a long-term contract designed for a professional who is confident in their ability to generate ROI. Scope of Work Phase 1: Development. Build a fully functional, mobile-responsive website with a focus on conversion optimization (UI/UX). Phase 2: Lead Gen/Sales. Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Phase 3: Optimization. Ongoing A/B testing, landing page tweaks, and scaling. Compensation Structure We believe in rewarding performance. Our budget is structured as follows: Project Setup Fee: For the initial website build. Ad Spend: Covered 100% by us. Monthly Commission: You will receive a fixed percentage of sales/revenue generated through your campaigns. Contract Renewal: The contract will be renewed monthly/quarterly based on hitting agreed-upon KPIs. Requirements Proven track record in UI/UX design and web development. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search/Shopping). Ability to set up advanced tracking (Pixels, GTM, Conversions API). Strong analytical skills to report on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
