I need all core records—financial, inventory and sales—from our SAP Business One instance migrated into Tally Prime. This is a one-time move, not an ongoing sync, but the imported data must appear in Tally exactly as it does in SAP so the books tie out without manual adjustments. Because I’m not certain how much transformation or field mapping will be required, I’ll rely on your expertise with the SAP B1 DI-API/Service Layer and Tally Prime’s import utilities (XML, ODBC or any gateway you prefer) to identify gaps, create the mapping, and carry out the transfer end-to-end. If lightweight scripts, SQL queries or custom add-ons are needed, please include them and comment your code so I can maintain it later. Deliverables • Clean export from SAP B1 containing financial, inventory and sales data • Verified mapping file(s) or script(s) that translate SAP fields to Tally formats • Successful import into my Tally Prime database with balances and item quantities matching source reports • Short hand-off document describing the process and where to edit mappings if our chart of accounts changes in the future Acceptance is complete when trial balances, stock valuations and sales registers in Tally Prime reconcile 100 % with SAP reports dated the night of export.
