All of the raw numbers for this project are already sitting in structured Excel workbooks. What I need now is the analytical horsepower in SAS to turn them into clear cost-effectiveness results. The scope centers on importing those spreadsheets, cleaning and harmonising the variables, then running the full economic evaluation including base-case results, incremental cost-effectiveness ratios, and if appropriate, one-way or probabilistic sensitivity checks. I would like reproducible SAS code, annotated so that I can rerun or tweak the model later, together with an output file in HTML or PDF that captures the tables and key plots. A concise interpretive memo that highlights the headline findings will round the work off nicely. Please confirm that you can follow the instructions in the Word documents, as all work must follow those specifications. You will deliver the completed Excel files and SAS code as stipulated in the instructions. If you have strong SAS programming experience and are comfortable translating Excel-based data into robust economic metrics, I am ready to move forward once a contract is in place and will be available to clarify any study design details as you dig in.
