Currently: * Customer interaction via WhatsApp chatbot * Data managed in Google Sheets * Manual gardener assignment We are now scaling to **1000+ monthly bookings** and need a simple, efficient tech system. --- ### Scope (MVP – Phase 1) #### 1.
