Build a School Management App (Teacher + Admin Panel) Project Overview: I am a school principal looking to develop a simple and efficient School Management App for internal use. The app will primarily be used by teachers and managed by the admin (principal). It is strictly for my personal use as a head of school , so i cannot spend much money. Key Features Required: Teacher Panel: Secure login system , Apply for leave , View attendance records , Update weekly class micro schedule: Status: Completed / Partially Completed / Not Started Number of periods required, Learning progress/status,etc , Submit weekly homework defaulters list Admin Panel (Principal): Dashboard with full control Approve/reject leave requests Monitor teacher performance View reports & analytics Assign appreciation badges to teachers Technical Requirements: Mobile App (Android preferred; Web app optional) Clean, simple UI (non-technical users) Backend using Google Sheets or something like that Secure authentication system Full data control (ability to delete/reset data anytime) Deployment: Final app should be ready for upload on Google Play Console (my account) Deliverables: Fully functional app Admin panel Source code Basic documentation Budget: Open to proposals (quote with timeline & tech stack).
