The scraper has to navigate the usual anti-bot measures on the site, capture each full name exactly as shown, pair it with the complete street address, and write every row to a single CSV file. Headers must read “Name” and “Address”. Please make sure the script retries gracefully when a page blocks or times out and logs skipped records so I can audit later. If you already have a reliable way to rotate proxies or headless browsers (Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, etc.), say so in your proposal; that will speed up my decision.
