We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and lead the development of next-generation AI Agent technologies, with a strong focus on AI voice systems that can serve multiple real-world use cases. This is an ongoing, high-impact project where you’ll have the chance to shape core architecture, bring advanced models into production, and help build a dashboard for seamless monitoring and control. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and optimize AI-powered voice technologies capable of handling diverse applications. - Develop and fine-tune AI Agents with natural language understanding, reasoning, and multi-modal interaction. - Implement scalable architectures for real-time inference and deployment. - Integrate models into a dashboard/management system for configuration, analytics, and monitoring. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate user requirements into robust AI solutions. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, speech recognition, and agent frameworks. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (with at least 2 years in senior/lead roles). - Strong background in deep learning, LLMs, and speech processing (ASR/TTS). - Proven experience deploying models at scale (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, etc.). - Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG, or agent-based frameworks a strong plus. - Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Familiarity with building dashboards or model management tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of key deliverables. Nice to Have: - Experience with multi-agent orchestration. - Knowledge of real-time streaming architectures (WebRTC, gRPC). - Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. Why Join Us?
