Senior Developer for Kommo CRM → Google Ads Integration (Offline Conversions + Audiences)

I am looking for a dedicated developer (available to work and deliver fast) with strong experience in: Google Ads API (Customer Match + offline / enhanced conversions) Webhooks & server-side integrations CRM systems (Kommo CRM is a plus) This is a time-sensitive project, so please only apply if you can start immediately and focus on this until completion. Project Scope (Short) I need a production-ready integration between my Kommo CRM and my own Google Ads account that does the following: Offline Enhanced Conversions for Leads When a deal reaches the “Purchased / Completed” stage in Kommo: Read the lead data (phone, email, name…). Clean and normalize identifiers (especially WhatsApp numbers → remove spaces, proper E.164 where possible). Hash identifiers with SHA-256. Send them to Google Ads API as offline enhanced conversions for leads using a conversion action in my account. I must see real test conversions appear in my Google Ads reports (after Google’s normal processing delay). Customer Match Audiences by Pipeline Stage Each Kommo pipeline stage should be linked to a specific Customer Match audience in my Google Ads account. When a lead moves from one stage to another: Add the user to the audience of the new stage. Remove the user from the audience of the previous stage. Existing leads already in the pipeline should be synced once at the start (backfill) to the correct audience based on their current stage. I want a simple mapping table: Kommo Stage → Google Ads Audience Name + ID. Very Important The integration must run under my accounts, not yours: My Google Ads account My Google Cloud / API project My hosting (Heroku / VPS / GCP) I must see real, verifiable results inside my Google Ads account: Audiences actually getting members based on Kommo stages. Offline enhanced conversions being recorded for test deals. Just sending 200 OK API calls on your own server is not enough. The integration must actually work with my real data on my account. Deliverables Working code (Python or Node.js preferred) with full source. Clear setup instructions (API credentials, OAuth, webhooks, etc.). End-to-end testing with me: Create a few test leads. Move them between stages. Complete a deal. Confirm the results in Google Ads (audiences + conversions). When You Apply Please include: Your experience with Google Ads API + CRM integrations.
