We’re looking for a top-tier UI/UX designer who can take a product from “okay” to US-market-ready and premium. This role is design-first: you’ll shape the look, feel, usability, and overall product experience for web + mobile (iOS/Android). We build apps in areas like: • Messenger / chat-style apps • Healthcare service apps • Telemedicine / patient workflows • General AI-enabled applications We haven’t finalized the exact product yet, but we want to start immediately with one short-term project and potentially expand to more. What we need • Modern, clean, high-conversion UI design and product UX • Ability to design end-to-end flows (onboarding → core workflows → settings → edge cases) • Strong mobile-first thinking and platform patterns (iOS/Android) • Excellent sense of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and usability • Ability to ship developer-ready design assets Required (non-negotiable) To apply, you must have: • Designed at least one successful consumer app in the US market • A portfolio that includes real, published apps • App names + links (App Store / Google Play / website) so we can verify Deliverables Depending on the project, you may deliver: • UX flows + wireframes (optional if you design directly in high fidelity) • High-fidelity UI screens (web + mobile) • Design system / components (buttons, inputs, cards, modals, etc.) • Clickable prototype (Figma) • Handoff package for developers (Figma components + specs) Tools • Figma (required) • Bonus: familiarity with React / React Native / Flutter handoff conventions Nice-to-haves • Experience designing healthcare / telemedicine flows (HIPAA-aware UX is a plus) • Experience with messaging UX (chat, threads, attachments, read states) • Strong product taste with examples of “before/after” improvements • Ability to collaborate quickly and iterate based on feedback Engagement • Start with one project (short-term) • If it goes well, we’ll continue with additional projects. • Please tell us your availability and timezone.
