I’ve just opened a Shopify account and need someone to turn it into a clean, user-friendly store that sells physical products. I’m starting with Shopify’s Debut theme, so please be comfortable customising it without breaking its native responsiveness or speed advantages. Scope of work • Design and configure a compelling Home page that immediately shows what we sell and why visitors should trust us. • Craft a well-structured Product page template that highlights photos, variants, and key information while keeping the “Add to Cart” action obvious on both desktop and mobile. • Optimise the Checkout flow so it feels friction-less and professional, matching our branding colours and typography. • Set up intuitive navigation—open to your UX recommendations—as long as shoppers can reach any product in no more than three clicks. • Ensure everything is responsive, fast-loading, and ready for Stripe/Shopify Payments. Acceptance criteria – Pages render perfectly on Chrome, Safari, Edge, and mobile browsers. – Google PageSpeed scores stay in the green zone after your edits. – All links, cart functions, and shipping calculators work in a live test order. – I receive a short hand-over guide (screenshots or Loom) showing where to edit banners, hero images, and product descriptions myself.
