Your first task will be to install and fully configure a new Shopify theme so the storefront, product pages, and checkout all reflect the updated business model. Key integrations I need right away are: • Payment gateway integration that supports recurring billing and handles upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations smoothly. • Email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a similar platform) wired to subscription events—welcome series, renewal reminders, and churn-prevention flows. Beyond those essentials, I’m open to any visual or UX improvements the theme allows, as long as site speed stays sharp and all existing data (customers, orders, products) remains intact.
