I need an experienced Siemens PLC developer who can jump straight into a live project and write a fresh program for a 6 kV DC power-supply rig running on an S7-1200 CPU 1212C. The scope is limited to new code only; there is no legacy logic to debug or modify. The program must: • Drive the power-supply output with precise ramp-up, hold and ramp-down profiles • Continuously monitor voltage, current and internal status flags so alarms are raised in real time • Implement hard-wired and software safety interlocks, plus an orderly shutdown routine whenever limits are breached Only written documentation is available, so you will be expected to derive any missing I/O maps or signal diagrams as you go. Remote work is fine provided you can securely take control of the PLC and HMI over our VPN; otherwise you are welcome to work on-site in Bangalore for faster integration and testing. Deliverables • Fully commented Step 7 (TIA Portal) project file • Tested upload to the target CPU and demonstration of all core functions • Brief commissioning report outlining I/O mapping, safety logic and test results I am ready to start immediately and can make the hardware available for online sessions as soon as we agree on the approach. Assistance require for PLC Software installation in our system
