You will take this project attached and add the following: 1) BUTTON that says "Apply Now" that will go to form to apply 2) FORM TO APPLY That collects user data (first name, middle, last, address, city, state, zip, phone, social security number, date of birth) user address history (length of time at address along with full address, landlord name, landlord phone, landlord email) for each address, employer history starting with current (company name, address, phone, supervisor name, supervisor phone, supervisor email, length of time employed, current pay, uploads( documents to verify employment), application fee information (credit card form to process their application fee that links up with stripe without going to the stripe site). Form will collect IP address, computerID. 3) Form will be submitted to email (nice layout) but it cant go to spam, i must be able to see the email. 4) Please keep this in mind that all users will not pay with credit card, so i only want the credit card form to show for people that i give a url for and all others that find the site on their own, it wont show them the credit card form, instead it will allow them to pay by cashiers check or money order or zell in person nothing electronic.
