I need a SketchUp specialist to turn a commercial building interior concept into a clean, accurate 3-D model and matching floor plans. The focus is entirely on the inside of the space—no exterior work—so I want someone comfortable shaping rooms, finishes, fixtures and lighting layouts in a way that reads clearly to both clients and builders. You will start from reference sketches, dimensions and mood images I supply. From there, build the SketchUp model, refine the geometry until it is construction-ready, and export high-resolution views plus dimensioned plans straight from Layout (or another compatible workflow you prefer). Deliverables • Native .skp file with organized layers/tags • Two rendered perspective images for each key area • PDF floor plans at 1:50 scale with dimensions and notes I’m looking for tidy file structure, realistic materials and the flexibility to adjust based on stakeholder feedback (two revision rounds are fine).
