The system will generate a comprehensive digital identity, breach exposure, and risk intelligence report for an individual using: Name Phone number Email ID (optional) This platform will be used for fraud risk analysis, KYC enrichment, onboarding screening, and trust & safety intelligence. This is a single, complete development engagement — not phased. Scope of Work Backend & API Development Build an API-driven backend service Accept and validate identity inputs Normalize phone numbers to E.164 format Implement async / queue-based job processing Secure data pipeline with encrypted storage Platform Presence Detection Detect and classify user presence as: Registered Not Registered Unknown / Unable to Fetch Across multiple categories: Social media Messaging platforms E-commerce Fintech & banking Job portals Government & utility platforms Each platform connector must: Run independently Fail gracefully without breaking the system Return normalized JSON output Log latency, success, and failure metadata Support retry logic Breach & Data Exposure Intelligence Identify cyber breach exposure Capture breach platform, date, and leaked attributes Assess exposure severity and recency Include breach signals in risk evaluation Intelligence & Risk Scoring Engine Implement configurable logic to compute: Global Risk Score (SAFE / MODERATE / RISKY) Digital Identity Strength Index (0–100) Identity maturity and footprint depth Anomaly detection flags (thin identity, high breach exposure, etc.) Explainable risk reasoning (why a user is rated a certain risk) No prediction of guilt, liability, or financial balances.
