We're looking for a Content Strategist & Hook Writer for a long-term ongoing role in our production system. Your job is not to edit — it's to think. You'll analyze client profiles, define content pillars, develop video ideas, and write hook structures for every piece of content. Every decision must be grounded in platform algorithm logic and US market behavior — not personal preference or trends. What you'll do: Analyze client niche, audience, and positioning Build monthly short-form content plans Write strong hooks focused on the first 1–3 seconds Create clear video briefs for the editor Ensure every idea has a clear purpose — growth, authority, or conversion What we expect: Fluent English with a strong feel for US conversational tone Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts algorithm logic Ability to write hooks that stop the scroll — not just sound good Reliable delivery and structured thinking What we provide: Client onboarding context and positioning Content pillars and references Structured workflow and feedback cycles This is a long-term role with consistent monthly volume across multiple client accounts.
