I have a finished 3D sofa model that still looks too “CG.” I’ll send you a full set of reference photos— front, back, top, sides, and close-ups—so you can read the grain, subtle wrinkles, and sheen exactly as they appear on the real piece. Your task is to recreate that identical leather surface and apply it to the model so the render holds up in both hero shots and macro zooms. Preferred workflow is Substance Painter (or Designer), but any pipeline that exports clean, tile-free PBR maps (Base Color, Roughness, Normal, Height, AO) at 4-8 K is fine with me. The finish must match the reference under a neutral studio HDRI; no extra tinting or stylised wear unless it’s visible in the photos. Deliverables: • Final texture set in PNG/TIF + the Substance .spp (or equivalent layered) file • Updated model with textures assigned (FBX or OBJ with MTL) • Quick viewport turntable or stills proving the match against my reference angles I’ll test by dropping the maps into my Blender/Corona scene and comparing side-by-side with the photos; if they’re indistinguishable in lighting, we’re done.
