We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) who can understand client requirements, translate business needs into technical documentation, and coordinate effectively with clients and internal development teams. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and feasibility analysis Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process documents Support project estimation, scope definition, and change requests Coordinate until requirement sign-off and project kickoff Project Types: Websites & Web Applications Mobile Applications (Android / iOS) Custom Software Solutions AI & Automation Projects Maintenance & Support Contracts Academic Mini & Major Software Projects (Engineering / MCA / BTech / MBA) Compensation Structure: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience and skills) Commission-based earnings ranging from 15% to 30% per project, depending on project size and complexity Commission payouts released after client payment or milestone confirmation Long-term growth and performance-based incentives Preferred Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects Strong understanding of web, mobile, software, and AI-based solutions Exposure to domestic or international clients is a plus Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage This role is ideal for Business Analysts, IT Consultants, or Professionals looking for a stable fixed salary along with high commission-based earning potential.
