I want to release a cross-platform productivity app modelled on Meristemlab, delivered for both iOS and Android. Meristemlab’s blend of task management, calendar integration and team collaboration is the baseline, but I need roughly ten specific tweaks in flow, UI and feature set to suit my organisation’s workflow. You will design and build both mobile versions, create or adapt the back-end (Firebase, Node, or a stack you recommend), and prepare the apps for submission to the App Store and Google Play. Push notifications, offline access for tasks, and lightweight analytics are part of the scope.
