Stylized Game Character OBJ

I’m looking for a 3D artist who can take my concept art (which I’ll provide as soon as we start) and turn it into a fully modeled, stylized character ready for real-time use inside a video game engine. The final deliverable I need from you is the finished model in OBJ format, with clean UVs and textures properly assigned so everything plugs straight into Unity or Unreal without additional tweaking on my side. A few key notes to keep us aligned: • The look should lean distinctly stylized—think clear silhouettes, exaggerated proportions, and hand-painted or semi-hand-painted textures rather than photorealism. • Topology must be game-friendly: no stray ngons, sensible edge loops, and a polygon count that stays efficient for performance. • Please make sure UVs are laid out logically and that any texture files you create are organized in a way that lets me update them later if needed. If you already work in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max that’s perfect, as long as the final export is an error-free OBJ. When you send over the first draft I’ll test it in-engine and give feedback; once any tweaks are handled, you’ll hand off the final OBJ (plus associated textures).
