The scope is strictly data analysis—no questionnaire design or distribution work—focusing on descriptive statistics that come alive through clear, compelling visuals. You will receive the full export (CSV/Excel) plus a brief explaining each question’s intent. From there, please clean the dataset if necessary, run the core descriptive analyses, and turn the findings into charts and graphs that a non-statistician can understand at a glance. Bar charts, histograms, pie charts, heat maps or any other format that best illustrates trends are welcome. Preferred tools include Excel, Google Sheets, R, Python (Pandas / Matplotlib / Seaborn) or Tableau; feel free to suggest an alternative if it speeds up delivery and keeps quality high. Deliverables • A polished visual deck (PDF or PowerPoint) containing all charts and a short caption for each. • The editable source file(s) used to generate the visuals. • A brief summary (one page is enough) highlighting key take-aways.
