Project Description I own a construction website on a .ae domain (Dubai). Initially, approximately 100 pages were indexed and visible in Google. After 1–2 months, a large portion of these pages were removed from Google’s index, leaving only around 24 pages visible. Indexation is verified using: site:domain.ae The pages: • exist and are public; • were indexed before; • are accessible and not deleted; • may temporarily reappear after manual indexing and then disappear again. There are no manual penalties, security issues, or crawl errors reported. ________________________________________ Important – Scope of This Project I do NOT need: • SEO packages • content writing or rewriting • backlinks • traffic optimization • ongoing SEO services I am looking ONLY for: A clear root-cause analysis and concrete, actionable instructions explaining why pages are removed from Google’s index after being indexed. Implementation is NOT required. Once the cause is identified and explained, I and my web designer will handle all changes and manual indexing ourselves. ________________________________________ Relevant Context (To Be Analyzed) The following aspects may be relevant and should be evaluated: • Extensive use of AI-generated content (ChatGPT), rewritten but with similar semantic patterns across service pages. • Duplicate or very similar meta titles and meta descriptions across multiple pages. • Identical or similar image titles and ALT attributes used on many images. • A large number of similar service pages published on a new domain in a short time. • The website shares the same brand name as another construction website on a different domain (.ro), operating in the same niche. • The Dubai website was initially built using a similar structural template (page types, layout logic, service structure). • Possible internal competition / brand clustering between the two domains. • Potential issues related to: o page-level quality signals; o near-duplicate detection; o internal linking; o canonical logic; o site-wide differentiation. This does not appear to be a crawl or submission problem. ________________________________________ What I Expect as a Result I expect: • a clear explanation of the real cause(s) of deindexation; • specific instructions on: o what must be changed; o what must be avoided; o what rules should be followed for future pages; • guidance that allows me to: o fix the current pages; o ensure stable, long-term indexation; o prevent the same issue on future websites. ________________________________________ Final Goal • All valid pages to appear in Google when using site:domain.ae. • Pages to remain indexed permanently, not temporarily. • Future pages added to the site to be indexed without recurring removal. ________________________________________ For Applicants Please apply only if you have proven experience with: • partial deindexation; • pages indexed and later removed by Google; • technical SEO diagnosis (not content SEO). In your proposal, briefly explain: 1. Why Google may index pages first and then remove them. 2. How you would diagnose and explain this type of issue to a site owner.
