We are seeking a UX/UI Designer for the next 6+ months. You will be designing for a variety of projects across digital media (websites, Call to Actions, SaaS platforms, etc.). We need someone who has worked with improving designs that helped with Conversion Rate Optimization - this is not just a design job, it is about improving user experiences across the websites and increasing conversions through your designs with our online experiences. Responsibilities - Designing those concepts in Photoshop / Adobe for the marketing team and clients to give feedback. And for the development team to create. - Designing website landing pages and creating the U/X of the web visitors for the web development team to develop. - Creating User Interfaces for our SaaS products and for the development team to implement. - Coordinating with internal project managers, marketers, and developers, as needed. To better understand work required, and implement feedback. - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. - 3-5 hours of calls per week going over design plans and progress and Conversion Rate Optimization tactics and testing ideas. Requirements - History with Conversion Rate Optimization (our goals are to generate leads and sales on the websites). - Experience as a User Experience (U/X) designer - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - B1/Intermediate English communication skills are fine as I speak Spanish. - Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. - A strong eye for visual composition. - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. - Able to give and receive constructive criticism. - Understanding of marketing, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
