I have very old simple wordpress multisite that is built using wp bakery page builder, old php version and old plugins and unsupported theme. I want you to update our site completely including php version and replace some unsupported plugin and theme with newer modern plugin and migrate from multisite to multilingual if possible. Fix any post update issue. I have tight budget, plz let me know if someone really have wordpress knowledge and not just knows only page builder.
