I want a full-featured website and companion Android app that replicate UrbanCompany’s core flow. Users need to browse nearby professionals, pick a time slot, pay securely, then rate the experience; service partners must be able to sign up, manage their profiles and calendars; I also need an admin console to vet providers, handle payouts and monitor reviews. At launch the catalogue must at minimum cover Home cleaning, Salon services, and Plumbing & electrical work, yet the codebase should let me turn on additional categories later without rewriting screens or APIs. Key expectations • Responsive web front-end plus a native-feeling Android build that share the same REST/GraphQL back-end • Customer, Service Provider and Admin roles with separate dashboards and permissions • Real-time availability, OTP login, location selection via Google Maps, coupon engine, Stripe/Razorpay payments and a 5-star review system • Clean, commented code (React / Next.js or similar for web, Kotlin or Flutter for Android, Node/Express or Django for server—open to your suggestion but keep it modern) • Staging and production environments on AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipeline, basic analytics hook-up • Handover with documentation and a recorded walkthrough Acceptance will be based on a smooth end-to-end booking flow that mirrors UrbanCompany, successful multi-role logins, and deployment of both builds to my hosting and Google Play Console.
