I'm seeking a versatile individual (no agency) to join my team for ad-hoc but ongoing work from setting up social media post creation and automation (graphic design etc) through to large scale scraping and outboard email campaigns. Your job is to identify automation opportunities and to find clever ways of delivering these automations in low-cost, low-maintence ways. To be selected for this job, you MUST love working with cutting edge AI tools and automations. You will based to demonstrate your knowledge of these tools. Tools we expect you know include; claude cowork (skills), AI swams, apify, clipfly, dataminer, elevenlabs, higgsfield, n8n, sumopod, upload-post, zapier, just to name a few of the popular tools. You'll also have, ideally skills in python and comfortable working with AI APIs (deepseek, GPT, claude etc), canva APIs. You'll also have some graphic design, branding skills in Figma, illustrator and Canva. Strong knowledge of video editing and video automations gives you bonus points. Key Requirements: Primary: - Automation experience - no fluff, you've build automations before for various marketing use cases. - Ability to use an array of advanced AI tools - Ability to traditional tasks like web scraping efficiently for email marketing but with clever tool stack and workflows to deliver at scale Ideal Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in automation and a heavy marketing focus or in a mid-weight marketing or more senior role - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Creative flair for design and presentation - Excellent English communication skills (not just AI) Ideally looking for candids in Indonesia and/or the Philippines based on similar working hours. You absolutely MUST be highly organised, have various tools you use to show up on-time to meetings, be prepared, and maintain and excellent organization system, as you will be working on multiple projects at once. The process is as follows; 1. Brief chat conversation with some basic questions, followed by; 2. A video interview - you must do video or we cannot hire you for obvious reasons; 3. You will be asked to complete a small paid test task, if successful, you'll be offered a 6 month contract. Please bid your hourly rate, though the test task (and other workflow automation tasks may be price. We expect honesty and transparency if you are hired, no agencies, no inflated estimates and no delays with work. Once the work is assigned, we expect that it delivered within the timeframe and within the hours, we have mutually agreed prior to commencement.
