The role is execution-focused and performance-driven: you will be responsible for analyzing job opportunities and submitting a high volume of high-quality, tailored applications on behalf of technical profiles (Full Stack Developers and AI Engineers). You will operate inside our proprietary platform, where you will generate and adapt cover letters and resumes to match each specific job offer with maximum precision. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, technical positioning, and outbound sales execution. Key Responsibilities Job Analysis & Selection Analyze incoming job offers across international and remote markets Select opportunities aligned with Full Stack Developer and AI Engineer profiles Assess required tech stack, seniority, scope, and client expectations Application Execution (Core Responsibility) Produce a minimum of 80 job applications per day, 6 days per week Create customized cover letters for each job posting Adapt and optimize resumes/CVs based on role requirements and keywords Ensure each application is coherent, relevant, and aligned with the client’s technical and business context Submit bids through platforms such as: Upwork LinkedIn Remote job boards Enterprise hiring portals Platform Usage Use our internal platform daily to: Select the most appropriate technical profile per role Generate and refine application content Track submitted bids, responses, and outcomes Maintain consistency, quality, and speed across high-volume execution Performance & Optimization Monitor response rates, interviews, and conversion metrics Continuously optimize messaging, structure, and positioning Collaborate with the team to improve templates, workflows, and bidding strategy Performance Expectations (Mandatory) Minimum output: 80 completed bids per day Work cadence: 6 days per week Focus: volume with quality, not generic spam Performance is measured on: Daily bid volume Quality and relevance of submissions Response and interview rate Required Skills & Experience Core Skills Proven experience as: Job Bidder Technical Recruiter Talent Sourcer IT-focused Proposal Writer Excellent written English (clear, professional, persuasive) Ability to quickly interpret and position complex technical job descriptions Technical Familiarity (Must-Have) You must be comfortable working with roles involving: Full Stack Development (React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, APIs, databases) AI & Automation (LLMs, AI agents, ML concepts, workflows) Cloud and tooling fundamentals (AWS, GCP, Docker, APIs) Coding is not required, but technical literacy is essential.
