This VR experience will be used to showcase the apartment to potential buyers, offering a realistic and interactive preview without requiring a physical visit. Scope of Work Develop a photo-realistic, interactive VR walkthrough of one apartment. Features to include: Smooth navigation (walk through rooms, look around, zoom in/out). Realistic design elements (flooring, walls, lighting, furniture). Optional features: Change wall colors/finishes. Switch between furnishing layouts. Info hotspots (dimensions, apartment highlights). Deliver optimized performance for Oculus/Meta Quest and a demo version for desktop/mobile users. Provide source files for future updates. Allow room for minor amendments/adjustments during review rounds. Deliverables VR application package for headset use. Demo video or desktop version for marketing. Source project files. 2–3 revision rounds included. Requirements Proven VR development experience (portfolio required). Expertise in Unity / Unreal Engine or equivalent. Strong 3D modeling & texturing skills (interiors, furniture, lighting). Experience in real estate VR projects is a plus. Ability to deliver within agreed timeline. Budget Range $1,500 – $3,000 USD (depending on portfolio quality and scope). Proposed Payment Milestones Initial Deposit (10%) – Upon project kick-off & agreement. Apartment 3D Modeling (25%) – Delivery of full 3D modeled apartment (untextured walkthrough). Texturing, Lighting & Basic Walkthrough (30%) – Delivery of realistic render with navigation. Interactive Features & Demo Build (20%) – Delivery of interactive version (color/furniture changes, hotspots). Final Delivery + Source Files (15%) – Submission of final optimized build + source files after final revisions.
