I’m launching WaterMitra, a marketplace that connects water-tanker drivers with customers, and I need a lean MVP that proves the concept without the bells and whistles of a full Uber-style build. The app must run on both Android and iOS from day one, so a shared codebase using Flutter, React Native, or a comparable framework makes sense—feel free to suggest your preferred stack. Scope in a nutshell • Driver interface: phone-number login, profile with tanker size, service area, price, and an availability switch that works in real time and through short predefined slots. • Customer interface: pick an area, browse a list of nearby available tankers with prices, then tap to call or place a basic booking request. • Web-based admin: simple dashboard to view driver profiles, current availability status, and pricing. Deliberately out of scope for this phase: in-app payments, GPS tracking, and any heavy automation. The goal is speed to market and a clean codebase we can iterate on later.
