I’m ready for a fresh round of quality assurance on both my browser-based platform and its companion Android build. I need you to comb through every user-facing flow, flag anything that breaks, lags, or looks off, and then circle back once my developers push their fixes. Here’s the flow I have in mind: • Run full functional, performance, and UI sweeps on the web app in modern browsers, then repeat the same coverage on the Android version (real devices preferred, but emulators work for targeted checks). • Log each issue in a neatly structured Excel sheet: steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, severity, environment info, plus screenshots or short screen recordings. • Summarise the key findings in a concise PowerPoint deck so non-technical stakeholders can track progress at a glance. • After fixes are released, re-verify every logged item and add a simple PASS/FAIL column (with notes on any regressions). Acceptance criteria 1. Every ticket is reproducible and documented with supporting media. 2. Retesting happens within 24 h of receiving the new build. 3. All files follow the agreed template and live in our shared drive. If your background is in manual exploratory testing—bonus points for Selenium or similar tools—and you can start with the web build right away, I’d like to hear from you.
