A simple dashboard that shows how many leads sit in each stage and basic conversion metrics will cover my initial reporting needs. While contact management and sales forecasting might come later, this first release only has to nail the day-to-day handling of leads—adding, editing, qualifying, and archiving them. Build it so I can add more modules or user roles down the road, but keep the current interface uncluttered for a single admin user. Preferred stack is open to discussion; I’m comfortable with a modern PHP/Laravel or Node/Express backend paired with a responsive front-end (React, Vue, or plain Bootstrap if that speeds you up). Clean, well-commented code and straightforward deployment instructions are essential, as I will host it on my own VPS.
