The project is an online store that will be designed in Webflow and powered by a Shopify backend, so smooth integration between the two platforms is crucial. I already know the look I’m after: clean, modern, and minimalist, with plenty of negative space and crisp typography. Core functionality needs to include: • Product filtering that updates results instantly without a page refresh • A customer-review section tied to each product • A secure, fully tested payment gateway (Stripe is ideal, though I’m open to other options available through Shopify) You’ll be responsible for: • Translating the approved Webflow designs into responsive pages • Connecting Webflow’s front-end to Shopify’s product, collection, and checkout systems • Configuring the chosen payment gateway, taxes, and shipping settings • Ensuring everything is SEO-friendly, loads quickly, and works flawlessly on mobile Acceptance criteria: • All features above work in both Webflow preview and the live Shopify environment • No console errors or broken links on launch • Products, filters, and reviews are manageable through Shopify’s admin without additional code edits If you have recent experience marrying Webflow’s Designer with Shopify’s backend and can keep the aesthetic tight and minimal, this should be a straightforward build.
