We focus on curated off-plan, Rentals and ready projects in Dubai and the UAE, working very closely and personally with our clients. We are looking for a clean, modern and fast website that supports lead generation and makes it easy for users to explore projects and contact us. ⸻ 1. Design Style We need a website that is: • Clean, minimalist and premium looking • Easy to navigate, mobile first and fully responsive • Fast loading and SEO friendly • With clear CTAs and a strong focus on lead generation • Colors and fonts should feel high end and modern, matching a luxury real estate brand You can think of contemporary Dubai agencies and high-end brokerages as reference for the general look and feel. ⸻ 2. Core Goals The website should: • Generate qualified leads for Dubai property investments • Make it easy for users to contact us via WhatsApp, call and email • Present our projects in a clear and structured way • Allow users to compare listings and download brochures after sharing their details • Collect and store leads so we can send newsletters and follow up consistently ⸻ 3. Main Features Required Please make sure you can implement all of the following: 1. Easy Contact Options • Persistent WhatsApp button • Visible contact options on every page • Simple call and email forms 2. WhatsApp Integration • Floating WhatsApp button that opens a chat with our number • Option to place WhatsApp CTAs on project pages 3. Lead Forms and Brochure Downloads • Users can submit a short form (name, email, phone, budget or interest) • After submitting, they can download a brochure for the selected project • We should be able to change brochures and attach different PDFs per project 4. Listings and Project Pages • A structured way to list multiple projects • Project pages should show: • Basic info (location, developer, handover, status) • Unit types (Studio, 1 BR, 2 BR etc.) • Key highlights and amenities • Payment plan overview • Image gallery and possibly embedded videos • Easy for us to add and edit projects later in the backend 5. Search and Filters • Search and filter option for projects by: • Location or area • Developer • Property type (apartment, villa, townhouse, etc.) • Simple and intuitive for users 6. Compare Function • Option for users to select multiple listings and compare them side by side • Comparison should include key info such as price range, size, payment plan, developer and handover date 7. XML Feed Support • Ability to upload XML feeds for listings • The system should import or update listings from XML so we do not have to enter everything manually 8. Developer Pages • Dedicated developer pages that show: • Short developer profile • All available projects from that developer on our site • Example: Emaar page, Damac page, Binghatti page etc. ⸻ 4. Newsletter & Lead Management We want to actively build and use our own lead base from the website: • All leads from forms (project enquiries, brochure downloads, general contact) should be stored in a structured way • We need an integration with an email marketing tool (for example Mailchimp, Brevo/Sendinblue or similar) • We want to be able to send newsletters to all collected leads directly from that system • Ideally, tags or simple segmentation (e.g. by project, budget, interest) would be possible Please propose a setup that makes it easy for us to: • Export leads (CSV) • Manage consent / GDPR checkboxes in forms • Send regular newsletters to our entire lead list ⸻ 5. Technical Requirements • You can use WordPress or another CMS, but it must be easy for us to edit text, images, projects and landing pages • Website must be responsive on mobile, tablet and desktop • Basic SEO setup: meta titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs • Fast loading and optimized images • Clear backend structure for managing: • Projects • Developers • Brochures • Leads / newsletter integration • Landing pages • Blog or news (optional, but good to have) ⸻ 7.
