That likely means refining image and video assets, cleaning up CSS / JavaScript, leveraging browser caching, and configuring a lightning-fast CDN or similar solution you trust. I am open to any stack improvements (minification, lazy-loading, critical-CSS inlining, server-level tweaks, etc.) so long as the end result is a noticeably faster experience for users on both desktop and mobile. When the work is finished I would like a short report that shows: • The before-and-after metrics you recorded (e.g. Largest Contentful Paint, Time to Interactive, overall page weight). • What changes were made and where they live in the codebase. • Any maintenance recommendations to keep things fast as new content is added.
