Key goals • Copy all website files and databases from the shared host to the VPS. • Configure the VPS (web server, SSL, mail records, etc.) so the site behaves exactly as it does now. • Run thorough functional, speed and cross-browser checks, fixing any migration-related issues you find. Once I can see the portfolio loading correctly on the new server—pages, contact form, analytics and all assets intact—I’ll consider the job complete.
