I need it completely re-imagined so visitors immediately see a modern, mobile-friendly, and accessible presence, then kept in good shape with periodic updates. Scope of work • Create a fresh design and layout that feels current and welcoming. • Streamline navigation and overall user experience so members and the public quickly find events, news, and donation links. • Improve functionality: faster load times, intuitive menus, editable event calendar, and straightforward ways for non-technical officers to post announcements. After launch, I want you to remain on call for routine content edits, security patches, and new feature rollouts. Please outline how you handle ongoing maintenance—frequency, turnaround times, and the tools or platforms you prefer (WordPress, Joomla, custom CMS, etc.). To be considered, send a concise project proposal describing: 1. How you would tackle the redesign. 2. Examples of similar sites you’ve modernized. 3. Your plan and pricing structure for post-launch management. I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right fit, so clear milestones and a realistic timeline will stand out.
