We are looking for a highly skilled Website Manager / Server Support Specialist to join us on a retainer basis. We operate two Linux cPanel servers (one for public websites and one for internal software) and need someone who is ultra-knowledgeable in both website management and server administration. Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot 10–20 WordPress websites (growing over time). Provide server support for two cPanel Linux servers (WHM, MySQL, email configs, SSL, backups, security, etc.). Handle proactive tasks such as updates, patching, security hardening, monitoring, and optimization. Support internal WordPress-based software and collaborate with developers when needed. Be available on call during business hours for emergencies and troubleshooting. Requirements: Proven expertise in WordPress administration, plugins, themes, and custom setups. Strong knowledge of Linux server management (CentOS/AlmaLinux/CloudLinux), cPanel/WHM, Apache/Nginx, PHP, and MySQL. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues, downtime, and configuration errors. Experience with server security, firewalls (CSF), backups, DNS, SSL, and migrations. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Engagement: This is a retainer position — we are open to hearing your service structure, rates, and retainer options. Workload will vary, but you must be reliable, proactive, and comfortable supporting both website and server environments.
