I want to give prospects an effortless way to learn about MachinnoX and secure a call with me—right inside WhatsApp. The goal is a conversational bot that greets visitors, answers their most common questions about our service features and implementation process, and then guides qualified leads straight to a meeting slot. Here’s the user journey I have in mind: • The prospect sends a WhatsApp message. • The bot replies with concise, trust-building answers pulled from a knowledge base I will supply (pricing ranges, benefits, turnaround times, etc.). • When the user is ready, the bot offers available times, locks the chosen slot in Google Calendar, and issues a Google Meet invite automatically. • If a message drifts away from AI-automation topics, the bot steers the conversation back or politely hands off to a human. Technical expectations – Native integration with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API or a reliable provider such as Twilio. – Calendar and scheduling handled through Google Calendar + Google Meet. – Quick-reply buttons or templates where WhatsApp supports them to streamline booking. – Simple admin panel or JSON/CSV file so I can update FAQs, pricing ranges, and meeting availability without code changes. – Clear logging and fallback handling for unsupported questions. Deliverables 1. Production-ready chatbot deployed to my WhatsApp Business number. 2. Source code and setup notes (language or framework is up to you, as long as it’s maintainable). 3. A starter FAQ dataset covering service features and implementation process. 4. Brief Loom or written walkthrough showing how to modify answers, adjust price ranges, and view booked meetings. 5. Two-week post-launch support window for minor tweaks or bug fixes. Acceptance criteria • Conversation flow consistently answers the supplied FAQs in fewer than three messages per topic. • Meeting bookings appear instantly in my Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and the prospect’s WhatsApp number in the description. • Off-topic queries trigger a friendly redirection or escalation. • All sensitive keys and tokens stored in environment variables, not hard-coded.
