I want to turn my WhatsApp Business number into a first-line support channel that answers customers instantly. The goal is simple: when someone writes in with a product-related question or a basic troubleshooting issue, the system should recognise the intent and fire back the correct answer—no human intervention needed unless the chat gets escalated. Here is what I need built: • Connection to the official WhatsApp Business API (I already have the number and Facebook Business verification in place, or you can guide me through the setup if anything is missing). • A small knowledge base of product-related FAQs plus the most common troubleshooting steps, mapped to intents or keywords. • Logic that listens for incoming messages via webhook, matches them to those FAQs or troubleshooting flows, and replies automatically. • A straightforward way for me to update or add new questions without touching code—CSV import, simple admin panel, or even a Google Sheet sync works. • Clear hand-off rules: if the question falls outside the knowledge base or a customer types “agent,” the chat should be routed to my live team. • Basic analytics (message counts, resolved vs. escalated) so I can see how the automation performs. • Deployment on my preferred stack (feel free to recommend Node.js, Python, or another language you’re comfortable with) and a short hand-over guide so I can maintain it. Once everything is live, a quick walkthrough video or call showing how to add new FAQs will be enough for acceptance.
