I have two small-scale residential schemes that now need clear, white-card style 3D CAD models for concept visualisation. At this stage I am not looking for photoreal rendering or textured surfaces—just clean, accurate massing models that show form, proportion and basic shadow play so I can test ideas and discuss them with the client. Scope of work • Build one separate white-card model for each house, true to the current plans and elevations I will supply (PDF/DWG). • Keep surfaces plain white; introduce simple cut-outs where doors and windows occur so volumes read correctly. • Add soft shadows or ambient occlusion where helpful to emphasise depth, but no materials or entourage. • Deliver the native CAD files plus an exported OBJ or FBX that I can open in common viewers, along with a few fixed camera JPGs for quick reference. Or pdf The models are purely for internal concept review, so speed and clarity matter more than heavy detail. If you prefer SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or another mainstream 3D package, let me know—interoperability is more important than the specific tool.
