I have already placed a Meta (Facebook) pixel on my Wix site, but the data flowing into Ads Manager is incomplete and unreliable. I need someone who knows Wix inside-out to audit the existing installation, correct whatever is blocking the signals, and wire up Meta’s Conversion API so I can see every key step in the customer journey. The events I must see in real time are: • Page View • View_Item • Add to Cart • Remove_from_Cart • Begin_Checkout • Purchase I use Skiddle, and FIXR as ticketing site. They allow me to incorporate the meta pixel data into their platform and capture the event data. The ticketing websites provide a widget so the tickets are purchased on my wix wesbite. I need the events properly captured so I can retarget using meta ads. Please trace each event from the browser and the server side, verify them in the Meta Test Events panel, and leave clear notes in my account so I can understand what was changed. Your work is finished when Events Manager shows these actions firing once per action with the correct parameters and attribution windows, and the diagnostics area is free of errors.
