The goal is to design and develop a clean, conversion-focused online store on WordPress using WooCommerce as the engine. I already know WooCommerce is the platform I want, so the project will revolve around best-practice setup, a polished front-end, and a seamless shopping experience from product page through checkout. Scope in brief • Custom, responsive theme design that carries a professional, trustworthy feel across desktop and mobile. • Full WooCommerce configuration—including product catalog, cart, and checkout—implemented with performance and security in mind. • Clear guidance on any recommended plugins or extensions, with an emphasis on lightweight, well-maintained solutions. • Basic hand-over documentation so I can update inventory and run promotions without needing to touch code. Acceptance criteria 1. Storefront loads in under three seconds on a standard broadband connection. 2. Checkout flow is tested end-to-end in a staging environment and functions without errors. 3. All visuals, copy, and tax/shipping settings are in place and editable through the WordPress dashboard. 4. Deliverable passes a final review session via screen share before sign-off.
